1. Returns

New Items

You have 30 days from the date of delivery or purchase if in store to return a new item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Used Items

Used items are sold as in condition and cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

3. Exemptions

Certain items are non-returnable, such as (personalized items). Please check the product description for details.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at accounts@paddockgolf.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
